Meet Our Founders

Keith Adams

Keith Adams was born in California to a hearing family and was heavily involved with various sports while growing up. He attended Gallaudet University and received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. He is a head coach of varsity football at California School for the Deaf in Riverside, but he also has been a long time coach for over 30 years in various hearing and deaf sports. He was selected NFL head coach of the year in 2021. He also has taught PE for over 25 years at California School for the Deaf in Riverside.

Thomas Horejes

Thomas P. Horejes, Ph.D. is Director for Policy & Advocacy for TDI that serves as a national leader in policy advocacy, education, and innovation to foster full accessibility, equity, and inclusion in Information and Communications Technology. Thomas is former Executive Director of Deaf Empowerment Awareness Foundation (DEAF, Inc.), a non-profit organization dedicated to empower, raise Awareness, and bridge a sustainable Foundation of advocacy, communication and accessibility for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and the Hearing communities. He was also a former advocate for the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD), the largest deaf-run non-profit organization that provided advocacy and empowerment to deaf and hard of hearing consumers. As a former competitive soccer player and wrestler, his vocation is serving the deaf/hard of hearing and hearing communities in the spirit of enhancing communication access for and to all, especially youth athletes. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife, Kate O’Regan and a blended family of six very active children. When he is not busy with policy advocacy work, he enjoys watching his kids play baseball, soccer, and volleyball; road biking; cooking; and tending to his farm animals.

Thomas Otto-Bruc

Thomas Otto-Bruc is Founder/Business Owner of Route 66 Promotions. He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology. Thomas has been heavily involved with various companies and nonprofits for the past 12 years including former President of Board of Members and other titles for a non-profit organization (DEAF, Inc). based in St. Louis, Missouri from 2011-2018. He currently resides in Riverside, California and on his free time, he loves to snow ski with families and friends. His expertise is to make sure our communities are better communities tomorrow than yesterday.
